Crunchyroll Announces Upcoming Disc Releases for Fall 2023
It's autumn and the time to make yourself comfortable at home has come. In keeping with this, Crunchyroll has announced new details about numerous disc releases that will be released this fall. We have summarized everything for you below. Some pre-orders are already possible on Amazon.
Releases in October
A Couple of Cuckoos
The first half of A Couple of Cuckoos will not be released as a complete Blu-ray edition until October 6, 2023 , as originally planned in September. The first twelve episodes are included with German, English, French and Japanese voice output and subtitles in German, English and French. As an extra there are twelve mini-anime episodes, web previews, advertising clips as well as the clean opening and ending. A date for the second volume is still pending.

Classroom of the Elite – Season 1
The first season of Classroom of the Elite is also delayed by a month to October 6, 2023 . The Blu-ray Complete Edition contains all twelve episodes in Japanese, German, English and French with multilingual subtitles. There are also the clear opening and ending as well as two minutes of bonus material as extras. The complete edition of the second season will follow in December (see below).

Shinobi no Ittoki
The third title to launch a month late is the original anime Shinobi no Ittoki . The complete edition will be released on Blu-ray on October 6, 2023 and includes all twelve episodes in Japanese, German, French, English. As extras there is a clear opening and ending as well as three minutes of bonus material.

Detective Conan – Love Story at Police Headquarters: The evening before the wedding
The TV special for Detective Conan 's 25th film will be released on October 20, 2023 as an HD Keep Case on DVD and Blu-ray. In addition to the approximately one and a half hour special, a poster is also included as an extra.

LUPINE III: Part 1
The disc release of the first anime adaptation of Monkey Punch's manga series takes place in two HD keep cases in a slipcase on DVD and Blu-ray. The first volume is expected to be available from October 20, 2023 and will contain the first twelve episodes with German and Japanese voiceovers. Artcards are included as extras. Volume 2 will go on sale on December 8, 2023 .

Princess Principal: Crown Handler – Chapters 1 & 2
After the German premiere of the first two films in the OVA series Princess Principal: Crown Handler , they will be released on October 20, 2023 as a digipak in a slipcase on DVD and Blu-ray. Both films are included with German and Japanese voice acting. As extras there is a booklet, a poster, a standee, art cards, the clean opening and ending.

Releases in November
Corpse Princess
Crunchyroll is releasing the action anime Corpse Princess in two volumes as an HD keep case on DVD and Blu-ray. The first volume will be available from November 17, 2023 . Extras include a collector's slipcase, a booklet and a poster. The final second volume with a booklet as an extra is expected to follow on January 26, 2024 .

Releases in December
Beast Tamer
The 13-episode first season of Beast Tamer , like several Crunchyroll streaming titles, will be released worldwide as a complete edition on December 8, 2023 . Included are all episodes with Japanese, English and French voice acting with subtitles in German, English and French on Blu-ray. A German dubbed version is not planned. In addition, there are clear opening and ending as well as trailer as extras.

Blue Lock
Back in the summer, Crunchyroll announced that it would publish the 24-part football anime BLUELOCK . It is now certain that the first volume will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on December 8, 2023 . In addition to a collector's slipcase, there is a booklet, a pennant, art cards, a poster, the clean opening and bonus episodes as extras. The second volume will follow on January 12, 2024 . It is still unclear when the remaining episodes will be released.

On December 8, 2023, Crunchyroll will re-release the latest feature length One Piece Film: Red as Limited Edition and Collector's Edition on 4K UHD Blu-ray. Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero

My Hero Academia – Season 6
In March, Crunchyroll ended its home video release of My Hero Academia 's fifth season. But fans don't have to wait long for more episodes, as the sixth season continues in December.
The first of a total of four volumes will be available from December 8, 2023 and includes the first seven episodes with German and Japanese voice acting. Extras include a collector's slipcase, a booklet, the clean opening and ending, art cards, a standee and postcards. The further volumes will be published on January 12, 2024 , February 23, 2024 and March 22, 2024 .
