Fans are already excitedly waiting for the end of January, when the movie My Rebirth as a Slime in Another World (Japanese Tensei Shitara Slime datta Ken ) will be released in German cinemas (we reported ). And as of today, fans have another reason to be happy: Crunchyroll will soon be releasing the second season on disc!

According to the announcement, Crunchyroll is bringing season two of My Slime Reincarnation to Another World   available in four volumes from May 2023 . The first volume in the limited first edition contains a collector's slipcase as an extra. Further details about the disc release are still pending. As soon as more is known, we will report on it.

Season two of the Isekai anime comprises a total of 24 episodes and, like the first season, was produced at Studio Eight Bit and directed by Yasuhito Kikuchi. It was broadcast in two courses between January and September 2021 in Japan and was simulcast on Crunchyroll in this country. A third season has already been confirmed and is in the works.

My Rebirth As A Slime In Another World is based on the light novel by Fuse of the same name. In this country, the light novel and manga adaptation is available from altraverse. Crunchyroll (formerly KAZÉ Anime) has already released the full first season on DVD and Blu-ray . The film My Rebirth as a Slime in Another World – The Film – Feuerrote Bande will be released in German cinemas on January 31, 2023 .
