Crunchyroll is adding two anime movies to its catalog this month

Anyone longing for new anime films for home cinema will soon find what they are looking for on Crunchyroll. As the streaming provider recently announced, two films will appear on the SVoD platform in November.

While the theatrical film for the feel-good anime Laid-Back Camp (Jap. Yuru Camp ) was only released in Japanese cinemas last June, Laid-Back Camp The Movie should be available on Crunchyroll from November 24, 2022 .

A few days earlier, probably on November 17, 2022 , Crunchyroll will add Studio Gonzo's original anime Origin: Spirits of the Past to its catalogue.

It has not yet been specified whether both films will also be available with a German soundtrack or only in the original Japanese language with subtitles. As usual, both Laid-Back Camp The Movie and Origin: Spirits of the Past are exclusive to Premium Members.


Starting November 24: Laid-Back Camp The Movie

High school student Nadeshiko, who recently had to move from Shizuoka to Yamanashi, decides to visit the famous Mount Fuji with a 1,000 yen note. And although she made it to Motosu on her bike, she overexerts herself in the bad weather and loses consciousness. When she wakes up in the dark of night, she has no idea how to get home.
