Netflix's TUDUM Event Introduces Numerous New Anime Releases

Recently this year's Tudum: A Global Fan Event took place in Japan, the first part of which was all about anime! "TUDUM" refers to the classic sound effect that always sounds when you open the app together with the Netflix logo.
Netflix revealed some updates on upcoming anime projects and also a preview of brand new titles that should await us on the platform in the near future. Here we can look forward to projects like Moonrise , a brand new sci-fi anime series from WIT Studio or Lookism , a series based on Park Tae-joon's well-known Korean webtoon!

Kengan Ashura – Season 2

The Kengan Annihilation Tournament continues – a tournament to determine the chairman of the Kengan Association. For this, one fighter was sent into the ring from each candidate. Among them is Ouma Tokita, fighter for Kazuo Yamashita, the CEO of the Kengan Association. Ouma was able to win his fight in the first round – at a high cost, since his advance technique damages the body immensely; according to Hajime Hanafusa he probably doesn't have much longer to live. Ouma doesn't care much, because he only wants to kill Kiryuu – the student of the man who killed Ouma's master Niko Tokita.

The story is about Retsuko, a 25-year-old panda girl who works as an accountant in her dream company. However, it turns out that she is being forced to do more and more impossible tasks for her bosses and colleagues. However, she doesn't complain about it. She somehow needs to let off some steam though, and that's how she eventually finds herself singing karaoke and death metal.
