Bonus episode for »TONIKAWA: Over the Moon for You« has a date of

Almost a year after the announcement that TONIKAWA: Over the Moon for You will receive a bonus episode in addition to a second season, there are now more details about it. The exact date of the bonus episode became known through a post on the official Twitter account. They also released a music video, which you can check out below.
The bonus episode of TONIKAWA is titled Uniform and will air on November 22, 2022 in Japan. It is not yet known when Crunchyroll will add these to its catalogue. As soon as we know more, we will inform you.
Additionally, a special music video titled Tsukasa's Kitchen was released, featuring Akari Kitō singing the recipe for hamburger steak to the audience.
The second season and the bonus episode of TONIKAWA are again being produced at Studio Seven Arcs under the direction of Hiroshi Ikehata. Both screenwriter Kazuho Hyōdō and character designer Sasaki Masakatsu are returning. Concrete information about the start of the second season is still awaited. We will keep you up to date!
TONIKAWA: Over the Moon for You is based on the manga Fly Me to the Moon by author and illustrator Kenjiro Hata, which is currently available in eight volumes from Manga Cult in Germany. In Japan, the series has so far included 21 volumes, which has been published in Weekly Shōnen Sunday since 2018. The 12-part Fall 2020 season one is still in Crunchyroll's catalogue.
