Crunchyroll catalogs second season of Log Horizon

Crunchyroll is expanding its offerings and recently added the 25-episode second season of Log Horizon to its catalogue. The first 13 episodes are already available on demand in the original language with German subtitles. All other episodes, which are currently only available with English subtitles, are to be supplemented with German subtitles at a later date.

The anime adaptation has so far had three seasons that aired on Japanese television between 2013 and 2021. Season two of Log Horizon was created by Studio DEEN and directed by Shinji Ishihira.

Log Horizon is based on the light novel of the same name by creator Mamare Touno, which was published in Japan in April 2010 with illustrations by Kazuhiro Hara. Crunchyroll has been offering the 25-part first season and the 12-part third season on demand for a long time.

One day, 30,000 players of the MMORPG Elder Tales find themselves in the world of their game – among them long-time veteran player Shiroe.
