Xiaomi seems to have new plans for MIUI design. Although, to date, Redmi devices shared the same interface with Xiaomi's own, the company wants to differentiate it with certain unique elements .
Like the POCO X3 NFC or POCO F3 have their own MIUI interface provided by POCO Launcher, Redmi devices will have their own customization elements , thus differing from the interface that we will find for example in the next Xiaomi 12 .
Redmi devices will have their own MIUI interface
As announced by Digital Chat Station , a recognized informant specialized in Xiaomi, the MIUI interface will vary depending on the device on which it is installed. In this way, Xiaomi will seek to differentiate its different sub-brands .
Although, at the moment, much of the details are unknown, everything indicates that this new variant of MIUI intended for Redmi devices will not be very different from the original , it will basically integrate certain visual elements of the sub-brand in question.
Whether through new widgets, backgrounds or even icons , Xiaomi seems to be finalizing preparations for the MIUI version to look different between a Xiaomi device and a Redmi. In the meantime, we can only wait and see what the company has in store for us.
