Today, ARCore is compatible with many Android smartphones, including Xiaomi and Redmi devices. A wide list that includes smartphones of all ranges and now joined by the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro among others.

And, although the Google platform for augmented reality is unique, each new device has different characteristics, being necessary to obtain a correct calibration and therefore its official support.

ARCore comes to new Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO devices

Now known as Google Play Services for AR , this interesting platform is based on monitoring the place where we are through the camera of our smartphone. This identifies the angles and our position in order to show objects in augmented reality.

The best thing is that in addition to being available for all these smartphones , ARCore receives official support for the Xiaomi Mi 10 , Mi 10 Pro , Mi 10 Lite 5G , POCO X2 and Redmi K30 , five new devices that further expand the compatibility list.

Great news that will allow users of the new Xiaomi flagship to enjoy the wonders of augmented reality that ARCore offers. Let's hope that soon it will also receive support for the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite and POCO F2 Pro.
