The mini kitchen: an all-rounder, ideal for you with limited space

There is no fitted kitchen in your new apartment? A new complete equipment is beyond your budget and space is scarce anyway? Then a mini kitchen is just right for you. Here you can find out what the compact kitchens are all about and what differentiates the models.
What is a mini kitchen?
Mini kitchens are actually nothing more than multifunction devices. For example, a small kitchen unit combines a stove, oven, refrigerator and sink. Which functions the mini kitchen combines depends on the respective model. This means that you can choose a device that is optimally tailored to your needs. The important large technical devices for your kitchen are then all available in compact form, you can flexibly provide kitchen cabinets and storage space elsewhere.
This also means that you should think about which functions your mini kitchen should bring before buying. Do you need a dishwasher or are a stove, oven and refrigerator better? Or should the refrigerator stand better on its own and be large, could a small dishwasher be useful for this?
All about food: mini kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher
A particularly practical combination is a mini kitchen with hotplates, oven and dishwasher. Above all, this combination saves money on the purchase – it would be more expensive to buy the devices individually. They would also take up a lot more space. In the case of a mini kitchen with a refrigerator, this is usually relatively small and is located directly under the stove – an oven is missing and there is usually no ice compartment either.
This post shows what a mini kitchen with a refrigerator can look like: a small sink, only two hotplates and a small refrigerator standing on the floor. You always have to bend down and get a maximum of two pots on the stove at the same time. On the other hand, you even save yourself the sink with a model made from a stove, oven and dishwasher and can prepare meals in the oven. The refrigerator can be a little bigger and maybe even have an ice compartment.
Ultimately, it is up to you and your cooking behavior, which type of mini kitchen is suitable. It should definitely combine the large devices that you use a lot.
