After a long period of intense «battle» to make the famous Xiaomi customization application available again, we can finally enjoy the MIUI Themes application again on all Xiaomi and Redmi smartphones belonging to Europe.

This was announced by Xiaomi_Javi4, a moderator of the famous Spanish community of Xiaomi , confirming that since the beginning of this month of January the MIUI Themes application is already available to customize our smartphone with a large number of designs.

Recall that it was on February 24, 2018 when Xiaomi made the decision to temporarily suspend the store of themes and services of My Message. A measure that was taken in order to comply with all the privacy regulations that Europe began to apply since then.

Between January and May it will be available to all

Reportedly, the MIUI Themes application is already available for some smartphones, while for the rest it will be available again in the next updates . It is also expected to be in the middle of next May when it is finished implementing.

In addition, as a great novelty, a new section of MIUI Themes will be enabled in My Community so that all users can upload their own designs, be it themes, icons, wallpapers or any other customization material.
