Motorola One Zoom: hardware details and price leaked

With the One Zoom, Motorola expects to present its first quad-camera smartphone at the IFA. Now, comprehensive technical data on the mobile phone and the euro price have surfaced. Besides the camera, an AMOLED display is one of the highlights.

The specs were released by the usually reliable WinFuture . They are therefore from the data sheet of a network operator. As a result, the Motorola One Zoom is powered by a mid-range Snapdragon 675 and 4GB of memory. The expandable memory is 128 GB and the operating system is Android 9.0 Pie. Amazon Alexa should be fully integrated, but the smartphone does not belong to the Android One program with the guaranteed two-year system updates.

5x optical zoom

The 6.4-inch AMOLED display resolves at 2,340 x 1,080 pixels, and the 25 megapixel selfie camera disappears into the edge above the screen. A Notch or a hole in the display like the Motorola One Action does not exist. On the back of the quad-cam is attached, which consists among other things of a 48-megapixel sensor, a 16-MP wide-angle camera and an 8-MP zoom camera. For the fourth camera, there is no information, but it is probably a depth sensor. The "zoom" name comes from a 5x optical zoom, which is achieved by hybrid technology of several cameras together.

Comes supposedly for 400 euros

In terms of connectivity, among other Bluetooth 5.0 and ac-WLAN on board. The frame is made of plastic and the back of glass. The 4,000 mAh battery can be charged quickly with an 18-Watt AC adapter. The price is 400 euros. In the next few days we should learn to the IFA, whether the leaks apply.
