
MIUI 10 9.5.1 adds new features of Android Q: Customization of clock widget and notifications reading on lock screen among others
Apparently, as indicated by XDA-Developer , Xiaomi has added in its latest beta version of MIUI 10 new features already present in Android Q , such as the ability to customize the location of the Clock widget .
By all it is known that MIUI is characterized by adding new features present in the latest version of Android even if it is not yet based on it. A great strategy of Xiaomi that allows to have new features of Android in old terminals or that have not yet been updated.
Now, as reported by XDA-Developers , Xiaomi has added version 9.5.1 of MIUI 10 , new features that allow us to further customize our mobile terminal , making MIUI an even more complete customization layer. Among the novelties highlights the possibility of changing the location and size of the clock shown on the lock screen . In this way we can locate said clock aligned to the left, centered or to the right.
In addition, MIUI 10 9.5.1 adds a new configuration to the way notifications are displayed on the lock screen. Specifically, to date we could see the notifications in full or vice versa, we could only read them if we unlocked the terminal. Now we can read its contents thanks to the facial unlocking . Once our face is recognized, MIUI will show us the content of the notifications .
Finally, XDA-Developers has discovered parts of code referring to new gestures and the return of Parental Mode for children . In particular, these new gestures will allow you to initialize certain applications by means of a specific gesture , open the notification screen or even start the general search engine of the system .
For its part, the Parental Mode would return to MIUI in order to improve the personalization layer thinking of the youngest of the house , and its protection against the non-due content that exists in the network or simply, preventing them from spending more hours of those due in front of the smartphone .


Remember that these new features are currently only in the Chinese version of development corresponding to version 9.5.1 , so it will not be until a few weeks when we see them available in the beta version GLOBAL.
